Our family business was born from a shared vision and firm determination. It all started when my wife, recognizing our capabilities and potential, proposed: “Hey, you know what? I believe we are capable enough to start our own business, and we are going to do it.” With that conviction, we took the first step, and thus began our entrepreneurial adventure. Although we have been in the market for a relatively short time —next year, if all goes well, we will celebrate three years— our journey has been enriching and significant.
The idea for our business arose from a real need we observed in our community: customers required better service and attention, as well as quick and effective solutions to their problems. We didn’t want to offer long-term solutions that only delayed the problems; instead, we aimed to provide immediate and concrete answers at fair and accessible prices for everyone.
It was during this period of analysis and reflection that I mentioned to Manuel the possibility of starting our own business, focused on meeting the true needs of our customers. We set out to always be available and committed to effectively resolving their issues, putting our values of integrity, responsibility, and service into practice.
